To highlight LJB’s core value “Service Fulfills Us,” we are commemorating our 50th anniversary this year by making 2016 a Year of Service. Throughout the year, we have been engaging in acts of service, with a goal of completing 50 different service projects in 2016.
We are excited to be at the half-way point of the campaign, having completed 25 acts of service to date. As we enter the second half of our campaign, we invite you to join us in serving others. From now until September 15, we are holding a contest to encourage community service. To be eligible, you simply need to serve your community, post a picture to Twitter and include #LJB50 for a chance at a $500 donation for the charity of your choice.
