PMP Certification Reinforces Commitment to Project Management

resume_HDLCongratulations to Heather Lacey, environment scientist for LJB, who recently received her project management professional (PMP) certification. Heather joins four other PMPs at LJB, demonstrating the firm’s commitment to project management as a center of excellence on its design projects. LJB now has PMPs in each of its core disciplines – structural, civil, safety and environmental.

To be able to sit for the project management certification exam, a PMP candidate has to demonstrate 4,500 hours of project management experience and 35 hours of project management training in addition to studying for the actual exam.

LJB PMPs meet monthly to share project management best practices in an effort to continuously improve our processes and exceed client expectations.
